I love working in real estate. I’ve been working with buyers and sellers in Utah Valley since 1996 and have clients across the United States.

From the very start of my career, I have built my reputation as a real estate agent on the principles of excellent service, valuable expertise and constant communication. I have worked on transactions both large and small and work hard to negotiate the best deal for my clients.

Most of all, I strive to be friendly and courteous. I believe in helping people for the right reasons and if you take care of people, they’ll take care of you. My clients are more than just clients – they’re friends. My objective is not only to help you buy or sell a home one time, but to build a strong, lasting, lifetime relationship. I want my clients to be so satisfied with my services that they feel compelled to refer their friends and family to me, not by obligation, but because they truly believe their friends will benefit from working with me. This approach has continually made me one of the top producing real estate agents in Utah for the last several years.

As my business has continued to grow, I knew I couldn’t continue to maintain the same high level of service and communication with my clients that has made me a success. I realized there was a need to expand, but I needed the right agents to help me. As such, for the last several years I have searched and interviewed several agents looking for the right fit.

I finally found two agent's with values, work ethic, personality and devotion to clients that I require.

We strive to serve our clients in every way. As part of exceeding expectations, we offer five 26-foot enclosed trailers to help our clients with their move. They may use them for as long as they need for no charge. It’s just something else that sets us apart.

Kenny Parcell

Kenny was born and raised in Orem, Utah. After serving a two year LDS Church mission in Tennessee he returned to play football for Brigham Young University.

Two years before finishing his bachelor’s degree at BYU, Kenny earned his real estate license from the Harmon Real Estate School and began negotiating real estate transactions for his professors, friends and family. From that core group of clients starting in 1996, Kenny has developed a reputation as one of the area’s leading real estate professionals. 14 years later, Kenny has sold over 1,300+ homes and has been recognized as one of the highest commissioned agents in the RE/MAX organization. He is the 2011 President of Utah Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the NAR Leadership Academy and the NAR Finance Committee. He was one of 6 realtors chosen to participate in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade.

In 2001, Realtor Magazine recognized Kenny as one of the “Top 30 Realtors Under 30” in the United States.

Although Kenny stays busy with work and enjoys what he does, his real love is his family. He is married to Heather, and they are the parents of four beautiful children: Kelsey, Case, McKell and Wyatt.

Susan joined our team in 2010. She works hard to provide her clients with the tools and knowledge they need o make a confident decision about their home sell or purchase. Susan has been in Real Estate for over five years. She is a native to Utah and lived in Utah County her entire life. She is married to a wonderful man and has seven children, two step children and lots of grandchildren. She enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping four wheel riding, and does all of these activities with her family. She is a great asset to The Kenny Parcell Team.

Clancey Zabriskie

Clancey has been part of the Kenny Parcell team since 2006. She grew up being taught the value of hard work and dependability. She has been a life long resident of Utah County.

Clancey has a unique ability to relate to every clients needs and wants. Every transaction she works on, she ends up becoming friends with everyone she works with. Most importantly, she tries to keep Kenny organized (which is not an easy task).

Clancey married her high school sweetheart, Dean and has been married for almost 20 years. They have 3 amazing sons, Casey, Eric and Weston, and just recently added her beautiful daughter-in-law Nickelle.
