Kenny Parcell rocks!! Through the years, I had listed my home several times with no results (well, with no results that were worth my time). I quickly learned that each realtor was just a "lister". I also knew that I was a pretty tough customer! I absolutely loved my home, my neighbors and location - I had a hard time giving it up. I actually had moved to California and after hanging onto my home for 5 years, I decided to sell.

What amazing results from an amazing person!! Kenny is truly dedicated and such an honest, stand up guy! Cheridy was really great as well and coordinated the numerous showings (there were so many of them that I was glad I was in California and didn't have to keep cleaning my house).
